The Process

We spend time sourcing quality products mostly from various online auction sites in the UK. Once the products are purchased and couriered to ourselves, in-house we unbox and check all the products individually to access there quality. Once checked, if found to be 100% operational the product is added to the website for re-sale. If a product is deemed faulty, where possible it will be repaired and added to the website for re-sale. If a product is found to be 100% operational but shows signs of wear or useage, this will be mentioned in the product listing.

Sometimes the original packaging might have minor damage but this does not effect the operation of the item.

All items carry a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated.
